I had to share this video with you. Gavin has discovered that he can attempt to say the "l" sound by wiggling his tongue back and forth. This started when he wanted to say "Wiggles" - his favorite show. Then he started using it for the word "banana" and then for "Maria" - don't ask me how he got "l" from those words. I recently noticed him using his "l" sound when he wanted to read one of his favorite books - "Llama Llama Red Pajama". So here it is.
There isn't a whole lot of other news from the Royer household. We had a very nice and very quiet Easter. In lieu of candy (because I'm trying to follow Mom's lead and so I've started counting points), Jared bought me a webcam...so anyone who wants to chat, let me know.
Gavin continues to love playing outside. He loves playing in (and attempting to drink from) the small stream of water that comes out of a tiny hole in our hose. I will be watering our green fuzz (which, if you were wondering, continues to spread over our backyard) and when I turn around, this is what I see:
Gavin's definitely teaching us that, even from this young age, boys will be boys!! Well, I guess that's it for today!
